Distinguishable Features: His long hair and lack of bulk make people mistake him for a girl at times. Others may think he's either a noble, due to his garbs, or a hobo, due to the way his garbs are used and his hairstyle. Most people also ask about his blade, Kuroi Shouko, but he never talks about it.

Personality: Tends to act eccentric yet polite to strangers, and playful yet supportive to friends (Pokémon included). Will overcome any shyness to defend his beloved people and ideals. Might recite a battle chant or a quote from a famous hero every once in a while, either for a dramatic effect or just to look cool. Always carries his blade around, but only uses it to threaten foes; he'd never harm or hamper anyone without a reason other than a friendly prank. Usually calm when lonely, he spends his solo time reflecting about recent events. This sometimes leads to isolation. Loves taking up chances to show off, as long as he's not stealing the spotlight from someone else. Hates being called a girl or peing picked on about his hair, and may strike back if teased enough.

History: Coming from a family that was always strict on money, Dullahan used to pass the time sitting around the local graveyard, contemplating each grave's shape, material, and epithet. This lead to him being a reflexive person when lonely. After reaching 13, his family almost went broke and had to steal for food. Even though Dullahan hated the idea, he accepted it due to being the only way to keep his family together. Once, while battling another thief for a block of rice and making quite a commotion around it, an authority recognized his skills in battle and hired him (by then 15 years old) for Gym Leader, solving his family's financial crisis. Currently living in a house next to the Gym on his own, he still misses the adventures he had as a bandit.
