1. Must be fair and legit
2. Can be any amount of words
3. If alone, solo topic. With others, it can be a duo topic with another
4. Always end the topic with you throwing the ball or losing
5. Healing items are not allowed
6. Trainer interference will result in a loss of the Pokemon
